Jancy (DOB: 11/2/16) is a very studious and multi-talented girl in 1st grade. Jancy is loves to draw, color, write, read and also likes to play carom. Sweets, pepper-water and steamed rice with egg is her favorite meal. Jancy has a younger brother in kindergarten. Jancy’s father works in a shoe company as a daily wage laborer. Though he gives his best at work to earn more than the meagre income to provide for his family, most of the time he does not receive enough work. So, Jancy’s father’s earnings are inadequate to provide for the family needs. Jancy’s grandfather is under medical treatment for cardiac problems and her father helps to support him. Jancy’s mother is a homemaker, but due to the lack of resources at home, she also does some menial jobs to help her family with what little earnings she makes.
