Ruth became Executive Director in October 2018. She has over 16 years of nonprofit leadership experience in India including working within the fields of anti-human trafficking, international education and community development projects. Ruth has a passion for empowering women and children.

Jenn joined our organization in 2010 and oversees all sponsorships and maintains donor relations. She has traveled to India to observe and consult with the department heads to coordinate program management and has regular contact with the team in India.

We have a faithful group of Board members with a variety of gifts and talents who share their skills to expand our capacity. Together with our staff we have a fun invigorating team of devoted people who are called to serve this organization.
