Thiliphan (DOB; 9/17/19) is a calm, well-behaved, and obedient student. He is the youngest of two boys. He attends the nearby government school, where he enjoys learning, especially Tamil, and shows a strong interest in writing. He is also active in sports, with Kabaddi being his favorite, and he enjoys participating in other activities. His father works as a daily wage laborer in agricultural fields, where employment is uncertain. His mother earns irregular wages under the government’s 100-day employment scheme. With limited and unstable income, the family struggles to meet daily needs and support their children’s education. They live in a modest home with only basic belongings. Thiliphan dreams of becoming a police officer one day. However, his parents are unable to afford additional tuition or learning resources to help him reach his potential. He is motivated when he sees other children participating in activities at the childcare center and longs for the same opportunity.
