Rabaiya Sri (DOB: 4/8/20) lives with her parents and younger brother in their village and studies in Grade 1 at the Government School. She dreams of becoming a medical nurse so she can serve her community. Her father works as a daily wage construction laborer, but his struggle with alcohol addiction brings financial and emotional strain to the family. Her mother supports the household through the government’s 100-day employment scheme and agricultural labor when available, yet the income remains unstable and insufficient. They live in a small house with a palm-leaf roof, mud walls, and no toilet facility, relying on public taps for water twice a week and a nearby pond for daily needs. Due to limited resources, the family struggles to provide adequate educational support. Rabaiya longs to join the childcare center, like other children, where she would receive academic assistance, nutritious meals, healthcare, and encouragement in a safe, nurturing environment.
