Rakshan (9/23/21)

Rakshan (DOB: 9/23/21) is an energetic, cheerful, and innocent little boy who loves running races and playing soccer. Full of enthusiasm, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family. Rakshan lives with his loving family of five—his parents, older sister, and nine-month-old baby brother. His father works as a teacher, where he encourages and serves his community by equipping others with knowledge and hope. He also works part-time with an NGO to help meet the family’s needs. Rakshan’s mother is a homemaker who lovingly cares for their children. The family depends primarily on his father’s modest NGO income and the small earnings he receives from teaching. Meeting their daily needs and educational expenses is a constant financial challenge. Before his marriage, Rakshan’s father also opened his home and heart to two boys who had been abandoned by their parents. They are now attending college and continue to depend on him for support. Caring for such a large family places a significant financial burden on Rakshan’s father, yet he remains committed to providing every child in his care with the opportunity to build a better future. His selfless love and compassion are an important part of the home Rakshan is growing up in. Rakshan is being raised in a family filled with faith, compassion, generosity, and love. He is a joyful child with great potential, and his parents dream of giving him a quality education and the opportunity to grow into a bright and hopeful future despite their financial struggles.
