|Mr. John Peter Kirubagaran
|John Peter Kirubagaran founded United Evangelical Mission International as a young man. He has worked extensively in establishing UEM-I in the grass roots since 1997. He executes and directs the work in India through the Community Transformation Centers, Women’s Empowerment, Children’s, and Humanitarian Relief and Rehabilitation Programs. The UEM-I team has transformed literally thousands of children’s and women’s lives.
John Peter has traveled to many countries in the world to share the struggles and needs of people in the grassroots and challenge the fortunate to help the unfortunate.
|Rev. Dr. Donald Miles (Retired)
|For twenty years Dr. Miles worked in public mental health systems. Prior to attending Concordia Seminary in 1979, he was Deputy Commissioner of the New York State Office of Mental Health. He is now retired from full-time pastoral ministry.
Rev. Dr. Miles is on the Board of Directors of Living Free Ministries, trains churches in support group ministry, and develops curricula for groups. Rev. Dr. Miles has traveled to India a couple dozen times and his wife joined him numerous times.
|Mr. Kirk R. Peterson, CFP ®

|Mr. Peterson is the founder and owner of Peterson Financial Services, LLC, a registered investment management and financial advisory firm located in Denver, CO. Since 1990 he has served clients by providing investment management and other financial services. His previous career was as an architect, though he still maintains that license.
He has an extensive resume of volunteer Christian ministry work, including leading annual trips to India on behalf of India Transformed!, service on numerous boards, and several years as Chairman of the Board of a Christian school. He utilizes his professional expertise in carrying out his duties as the treasurer of IT!
Since 1996, Mr. Peterson and his wife have sponsored children, women, and financially supported UIS and Community Transformation Centers. His wife and their children have traveled to India with him and continue the family sponsorship legacy.
|Rev. Dr. Ferdinand Bahr (Retired)
|Rev. Dr. Bahr is a retired Lutheran pastor in the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod.
His expertise includes Pastoral and Teaching passions he utilizes in his service to India Transformed! He has taken eleven trips to India.
|Rev. Dr. Roger Theimer
|Dr. Roger Theimer is currently Executive Pastor at King of Kings Lutheran Church, a congregation of 5,000 members in Omaha, Nebraska.
He also serves as the Director of Kids Kount Publishing where he has written and directed the production of three major curriculums: Kingdom Quest, Kids Church and Faith Legacy Series. These curriculums are comprised of over 10,000 pages and hundreds of videos. Originally written for the North American Context, they have been released to supporting mission agencies globally for cultural adaption and translation. Kids Kount India currently is translating material into six regional languages. Six years of Sunday school has been translated into Chinese.
Rev. Theimer also serves as consultant/planner to Transform World, a global movement to strategically link people and resources around reaching the 4-14 age window. Most significantly, Rev. Dr. Theimer has partnered with India Transformed! for over ten years collaborating on a number projects.
|Rev. Dr. Jerry Borgie (Retired)
San Diego, California
|Rev. Dr. Borgie was ordained as a Lutheran pastor in 1964, and is now retired. He has traveled extensively, having visited 31 countries including India 7 times. He and his wife Marcia have sponsored a child through India Transformed! for many years. Three generations of the Borgie family have been devoted IT! supporters.|
|Rev. Dr. Todd Jones
St Louis, Missouri
|Rev. Todd Jones has served as both an associate and senior pastor as well as serving as the assistant to the President for Congregational Health and Outreach for the Mid-South District of the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. He is currently Assistant Professor & Director of the Resident Field Education program at Concordia Seminary, in St. Louis, MO. Rev. Jones has conducted training and coaching in India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, and Nigeria.|

|Rev. Elseroad is the lead pastor of Christ the Shepherd Lutheran Church, in Alpharetta, Georgia, a wonderful congregation with mission partners in India, Israel, Guatemala, Washington DC, and in Atlanta: among the homeless and to the world through FaithLife Ministries|
|Rev. Dr. Eric Waters
Upper Arlington Lutheran Church
|Rev. Waters is one of the assistant pastors at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church, outside of Columbus, Ohio. He and his wife, Michelle, homeschool their six children.|
|Dr. Stephanie Schardt
|Dr. Schardt and her physician husband, Jeremiah, who has also traveled to India, are supporters of India Transformed! and the UIS building project. Stephanie is currently on a leave-of-absence from the Board of Directors.|
|Mr. Vikram Manne
|Mr. Manne is the Chief Information Officer and accomplished technology professional. He works with established businesses and startups in Devner/Boulder, CO advising them on everything related to technology. He enjoys working with children and youth ministry programs at various churches and organizations in India and the United States of America. He focuses on empowering organizations on the technological front so they can focus and function well in all aspects of their calling.|
|Mrs. Karen Hansen
Colorado Springs, Colorado

|Mrs. Hansen previously worked professionally in the area of theater. She has also worked in development – managing the Sponsor of the Day program for the Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls. She was co-chair of the Women of the North American Lutheran Church’s Women’s Council and a member of the Friends of Lutheran Family Service of Rocky Mountain committee. Mrs. Hansen is married to Rev. Joshua Hansen who is senior pastor at Saint Luke’s Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado.|
